ABUBAKAR, Sadiq Abubakar is a Nigerian academic from Niger State. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) Degree in Environmental Management, both from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. He is currently a Lecturer I in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State. Abubakar, has contributed to academic discourse through conference papers, book chapters, and journal publications.
